Booking Your Holiday

• Bookings must be made through an authorized Himalayan Holidays representative and confirmed via email.
  
  
• A 50% deposit is required to hold your booking; full payment is due 30 days before departure.
  
  
• Bookings are only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from the Company.
  
  
• Special requests (dietary needs, etc.) should be noted on the booking form.
  
  
• If booking within 30 days of departure, full payment is required upfront.
  
  

Tours & Itineraries

• We offer Signature Tours (pre-designed) and Custom Tours (tailored to your preferences).
  
  
• Itineraries are guidelines, and activities may vary due to weather or local conditions.
  
  
• Half-board meals are included in Signature Tours, served at hotels, restaurants, or outdoor locations. Meal types may vary (buffet, set menu, or voucher).
  
  
• Tours include a Tour Manager and Driver; certain treks or adventures may include guides and support staff.
  
  

Travelers & Safety

• Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  
  
• Travelers must follow instructions from Himalayan Holidays staff, guides, and Tour Managers at all times.
  
  
• Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in exclusion from the tour without refund.
  
  
• High-altitude treks and mountain activities carry inherent risks; Himalayan Holidays cannot be held responsible for injuries or delays caused by natural conditions.
  
  

Payment & Cancellation

• Deposits are non-refundable unless the Company cancels the trip.
  
  
• Full payment is required as outlined in your booking confirmation.
  
  
• Cancellation or changes must follow the Company’s policy, which will be provided at the time of booking.
